At Kyndr Collection, we want you to love every piece you receive.

If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All tags must still be attached
• Proof of purchase is required

Please note:

• We do not offer refunds on sale items
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, and we’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.
